Skate on over to the GardenAmp on Saturday, August 23, for Day Two of The Days Skate & Music Festival in Garden Grove, CA.
In Addition to Lagwagon headlining the Main Stage playing their album "Let's Talk About Feelings" and Orange County's own Ignite headlining The Locker Room, Skate Legends Steve Alba, Lance Mountain, Ray Barbee, Matt Hensley, Salman Agah, and Andy Anderson will be in attendance—and Andy Anderson will be awarded with the 1st Annual The Days Recognition Award for his "Expression and Individuality" and Welcoming Spirit.
Here's a quick rundown of Saturday's Skate-Related Highlights:
Billy Rubin, featuring Lance Mountain and Ray Barbee, will be playing Late '79 Deep Cuts in the Locker Room.
Powerflex 5, featuring Steve Alba and Tattoo Legend, Corey Miller, will be playing the Main Stage. Vince Dennis (Body Count) and Mike Vallely will sit in.
Skate Legends Matt Hensley (Flogging Molly) and Ray Barbee will join Mike V & The Rats on the Main Stage.
Lance Mountain will be displaying and selling artwork, and the Powell Peralta Skateboard Team will be in attendance, including Chris Hiett, Dan Corrigan, Zach Doelling, and Skate Legend, Salman Agah.
There will be a Spike Jonze x Mike Vallely Photoshow that runs both days, with a Limited Edition Photo Print available. Additionally, Friday (August 22) features Skate Legend Steve Caballero's band, Urethane, and Mike V & The Rats, who both play the Locker Room.
