This is the best thing I’ve read in a long time. It’s been hard for me to find routines to supplement my skateboarding. The Rucking community seems positive and filled with athletes as conditions as seasoned skaters. I feel most at home with guys that do Iron Man runs. They respect the effort and actually listen when I talk about the toll on the body skating takes. The best advice on mobility has been from these types of people. Two months ago I dislocated my toe while skating. I almost threw away every board I had. Then my wife said, “You’re not quitting, here is a 4 day pass to Skate Camp at Woodward.” If it weren’t for you, Mike, I’d feel a lot lower. Thanks for the inspiration.
